About
International air ambulance & repatriation coordination
An international division of Ambulanceia
Who we are
Air Ambulanceia
Air Ambulanceia is the international division of Ambulanceia. While Ambulanceia focuses on ambulance services within India, Air Ambulanceia handles cases that cross international borders: moving patients who need medical support during travel, and returning deceased persons to their families.
We work as a coordination organisation. That means we assess the case, identify the appropriate transport option, arrange it with selected operators, airlines, handling agents and funeral facilities, and manage the documentation and arrival steps. We do not claim to own aircraft, hospitals, mortuaries or offices in the countries we coordinate from.
Our India-side advantage is the ground network behind us. Airport arrival handling, ambulance transfers to a hospital or residence, mortuary arrangements and long-distance road legs inside India are coordinated through Ambulanceia.

How we communicate
What we will and will not claim
International medical transport is a field where overstated claims are common. We keep our language deliberately accurate: we describe what we coordinate, we say when something depends on an assessment or an approval, and we do not publish patient counts, flight counts, certifications or partnerships we cannot substantiate.
For any case, the transport option, the crew, the equipment, the timeline and the cost are confirmed against the actual circumstances — never promised in advance of that check.
All services are subject to medical assessment, aircraft or operator availability, airline approval and applicable regulations. Requirements vary by case.
